  I've visited this location about 20 times and have never experienced anything but great service, tasty + fresh eats, and a clean dining area. They hire great team members. Praise for them all. Today served as example. I was having issues with the app (and my order). Miesha stepped up and took ownership and went above and beyond to make a satisfied customer. Kudos for her, Tai, and Rose.

  I really like Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap and crunchy tacos. This new Taco Bell at this plaza was good with fresh food and drive-thru, but the room was a little small. The service could be faster. WiFi was not available.

  I didn't eat my food because I never got it. They have a l steady drive through demand during our visit. Maybe two cars at a time. Not only do they no longer offer any in person POS 4 dine-in, but they also only serve or fulfill dine in orders after all drive-through orders are attended. After 35 minutes we asked for a refund. Miraculously one of our two orders was suddenly done. And had been. I do not know if it's a corporate, a local manager issue, or some other issue. . . But if I have to wait 30 minutes for four tacos they are drastically overpriced by Taco Bell standards. . . You serve the customer you have before you serve the customer you don't.

  Ordered 50 worth of food. 4 total box combos. Nothing came in a box, just all shoved in one med bag. When I picked it up, I was told if its not all there to just come back. Im not coming back. Is it all there or not. She said it was, but if not to come back. 21 items should be there she said. I counted only 17. She told me sauce counts too. So i took it to the car. Relize I Didn't receive 2 cinnamon twists, go back in. They give me twists. Get home, didnt recieve 3 more items. No cheesy gotdita crunches for 2 of my box combos, didnt add tom to any supremes. Didn't add pico as paid for. No one answers the phone so I cant get refunded, and im not driving 20min back cause they can't get a large order correct or even attempt to. Wow. Wont be back there. Horrible customer service. I shouldn't have to check. You're the manager. You literally get paid to make sure customers orders are correct. To just be told to come back if its not correct and not even check it is just inconsiderate and bad service. Wont go back there again.spend my money elsewhere. Now see why their reviews are so low..
