  I visited this location today to pick up dinner, and the customer service experience was very unpleasant. The employee who assisted me displayed an unprofessional attitude and was not cordial throughout the interaction. Even when I thanked her as she handed me my order, I received no response. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but when working in customer service, a basic level of respect and courtesy is expected. I hope this location can improve its customer service.

  Staff member claimed they “couldn’t honor” one of their online coupons and tried to blame me for not “telling them upfront” about my desire to use said coupon. A sub that is worth $6.99 with a coupon does not magically become worth over $12. This kind of stuff is why Subway is such a garbage franchise.

  Just went there last night and my boyfriend got horrible food poisoning. My first and last time at this location. Definitely shouldn’t be having to worry about that for how much subway costs now

  Been here a few times and it was fine, but this most recent time there was hair in my sub. So gross and never coming back to this store
