  Location is consistently “not taking orders” despite being OPEN for business. This has happened a dozen times, I am so confused as there is never further elaboration. AVOID THIS LOCATION

  You don't come to the car anymore?? Had to place a mobile order instead, but then still nobody came out to deliver my food. I eventually had to go in the drive thru to get it. Fries were overcooked, burger was missing tomatoes, pickles and onions. Only decent thing was the price. Why did you take away the menu screens with the button in the parking spots? That was the whole appeal of sonic, the workers delivering food to your car. Very disappointing, guess I'll go to Swenson's instead next time. Their food is much better anyway. Booooooo, sonic. Boo.

  I hadn't been to Sonic in about 12 years and decided to stop in on a whim today. It took about 15 minutes to get through the drive thru with about 5 cars in front of me which was longer than I expected. Once I got my order I immediately noticed the shake I ordered had a lower viscosity than I would expect from a shake and later found the cherry that should be on top on the bottom because it wasn't thick enough to keep it from sinking. I wasn't impressed when I opened the bag and looked at the food but once I started eating my perspective changed. The onion rings were the perfect temperature and the burger was excellent. My only issue was how "soupy" the shake was but it did taste amazing. I probably won't be back for another 12 years because of the price and time it took but it was certainly worth a visit every decade.

  Always forgetting something, drinks, ice, sides like cream for coffee and condiments never any napkins. Calling company worthless never responds back. Can't ever get anyone to answer store # either. So really communicating with them is worthless and a waste of time. They apparently don't care about customers
