  The employee’s accents can be a little hard to understand as they’re fairly thick and a few times I’ve just sat in silence at the drive thru speaker for about 45 seconds before they spoke but otherwise Sonic is always delicious

  I pulled up to the drive through to order a drink and I heard a giggle, then silence for five minutes. So I pulled around to a stall and hit the button when I was TOLD TO PULL TO THE DRIVE THROUGH, where I on e again heard laughing through the speaker before they finally took my order.

  Close this franchise until they can afford lids that fit the cups. $11 in drinks has now turned into a $200 detail job because you guys can’t stock the correct items to keep your business going. Shameless

  Went through the drive thru got a BLT it came with 1 single small piece of bacon split in half, 1 tiny slice of tomato and a sprinkle of lettuce. Like what is that! I’ve tried calling the store, manager numbers and the 1-866-ok-sonic number and can’t reach anyone. It tells you there is less than a minute wait and then it goes on for about 5 minutes and hangs up. Unbelievable! $4.19 for a sandwich that is pretty much just 2 slices of toast is ridiculous!! Don’t bother leaving me an I’m sorry comment, return my call and refund me my hard earned money! UPDATE: I’ve called the corporate number three times and been told they will reach out to the locations owner to handle this situation and I still haven’t heard back or received a refund and this happened on July 18th 🤦🏼‍♀️ Absolutely ridiculous corporate tells me they can’t do anything because I didn’t use the mobile app to order except for offer me reward points, that’s a joke. They can pull up the receipt and tell me the total but can’t issue a refund for a sandwich.
