  If I said what I really wanted to say I would embarrass myself. The fact that there are polite responses on all of these reviews but they can send ALL of my items incorrectly is WILD.

  Lilly was the rudest person I’ve ever had take my order. Interrupted me multiple times trying to wrap up my $16 order. Shouldn’t be a hassle. Window say a word to me other than the total at the window and basically tossed the food at me. Haven’t been here in years and now I remember why

  ZERO STARS! Worst experience ever. Ordered ahead. Pulled in and waited 25 Min. I figured the drive thru looked busy so I could wait but when it said it was coming out nobody came out with my order. They won't answer the red button, they won't answer the phone, the drive thru isn't moving, no one came out. I NEED TO LEAVE BUT I ALREADY PAID! * UPDATE. it has been 35 minutes and the drive thru is sort of moving now so I got in the drive thru lane. They keep hanging up when I call instead of ignoring it now. * UPDATE 2 - Fifty minutes.. that's how long it took for my ice cream. I already paid and they weren't going to keep my money so I stayed. I got it. It was completely melted. I received No explanation. No apologies. I admit, I cried. I was having a horrible day and wanted to treat myself to ice cream. Then this... Do Better! Happy Birthday to me....
