  The food was good although the chili seemed exceptionally thin. But the parking lot is a nightmare. The spots are really tight wth curbs around the landscaping and odd configurations. If you have a large vehicle I suggest viewing the area prior to arrival

  If I could give this place above 5 stars I would! I come to Cinci every summer to visit family, but now that a family member is in Columbus we decided to try out a Skyline here. Everything is the exact same except that they don’t give you a second plate with your chili. Not a big deal, but we did notice that. Big shout out to our waitress Sadie. She was absolutely amazing and even gave us her recommendations. I got one of their limited edition dirty sodas and it was delicious. Thank you Sadie for making such a great drink.

  Originally from Cincy, moved to Buffalo and in town visiting family. Wanted one last skyline fix on the way home. Waited way too long in a not busy drive thru, one of my chilitos had a hair in it, both chilitos had been manhandled and impossible to keep in the tortilla. Normally don’t leave negative reviews and I’ll eat pretty much anything but they were smashed crazy. Also gave us no napkins.

  Skyline Chili was a quick walk from our hotel. Mary, our server, was so sweet with a big personality. She made us feel welcomed and upsold the menu terrifically. Both my mother and I ordered their classic coney style dogs; with chili, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Our first impression, stared at each other turning a giggle into a down right LOL moment. At the same time we gave the bun and dog a firm squeeze, and well… we had to keep on squeezing. The amount of bread and cheese covering that dog- he was down right suffocating. The hot dog itself could have been so much bigger. I’ve never seen one that small! It actually would have been a decent coney had the size been different. The chili had a slight tang to it, it wasn’t great but wasn’t horrible. Overall, Skyline Chili was a decent place to get a quick sit down meal. The restaurant was well lit, with plenty of seating, and the service was on point. Cheers 🍻

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to recognize Nick at Skyline Chili in Polaris because he delivered one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had anywhere. From the moment he greeted me over the speaker, his energy, professionalism, and positive attitude immediately stood out. Even through a drive-thru headset, you could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service. He was friendly, patient, and made the entire interaction feel personal rather than rushed. When I got to the window, Nick was just as impressive. He greeted me with a smile, confirmed everything on my order, and made me feel like a valued customer. In an industry where speed often comes at the expense of customer service, Nick somehow manages to excel at both. The service was fast, accurate, and delivered with a level of enthusiasm that is incredibly rare to find these days. What really stood out was his attitude. You can teach someone how to take an order, but you can’t teach the kind of positivity, work ethic, and customer-first mindset that Nick naturally brings to every interaction. He represents Skyline Chili exceptionally well and is exactly the kind of employee who keeps customers coming back. I’ve been through countless drive-thrus over the years, and very few employees leave a lasting impression. Nick did. Employees like him deserve recognition because they elevate the entire customer experience and reflect incredibly well on the company. Skyline Chili is fortunate to have Nick on their team. He deserves every bit of praise he receives and should be recognized for the outstanding work he does. Thank you, Nick, for proving that exceptional customer service is still alive and well.
