The story of Sí Señor started in 2010 when Guillermo Perez and Christell Gozzer, originally from Lima, Perú, had the idea of opening a sandwich shop with a Latin flare. Everything would be made from scratch, using the best and freshest ingredients. Meats would be roasted in-house, sauces and desserts would also be homemade. This concept would be a great addition to their community since nothing was like it. This initiative led them to test the venture by doing a few festivals around Columbus and participating at the Pearl Market on Tuesdays and Fridays during the summertime.
