  I’m only give them a one cause I can’t give them a zero. They messed up our order and had to make one of the burgers and of course my daughter found a hair in hers that they made. Then we had to wait for two out of three of our drinks cause they only gave us one then again the drink was flat. They also just threw the food in the bag so everything was all over the bag. The guy working the window didn’t say anything after he handed us the food just shut the window on us. Worse service I’ve ever had to deal with and just cause we are off Cleveland avenue doesn’t mean there had to be poor service. Won’t be going here again.

  I love Rally but the service at this location is awful. I placed an online order and arrived at the time they estimated it should be ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. In the meantime, 2 girls who appeared to be under the influence of drugs hovered around the window flirting with the worker. It gave the wrong vibe. Another concerning thing is none of the workers were wearing gloves. They were all making burgers with their bare hands. Food was good but the service need help.
