I tried different payment methods, all had the money and it declined and would credit the money back. I called the campus location and they said their manager is the only person that could help and she’s only available in the mornings? To which he also asked if I tried to order off door-dash or grubhub, where they charge $10+ more of an up charge. So with that said, I sent my husband to this location and the person that took the order was rude and acted like it was a big deal. He first asked for two bowls, to which she scoffed and made it sound like an inconvenience so he just said “you know what, just make it one bowl” therefor he left without food.. With that said, they put maybe a tablespoon of pico and corn in my bowl, as well as a very small amount of sour cream when I always ask for quite a bit extra. It’s ridiculous. The manager was also sitting right by this girl that was acting this way, and never said a word. If you hate your job and can’t treat people kindly, quit your job. It’s completely unacceptable.
