  Multiple orders messed up. One was even delivered to the wrong house and when I called the person claiming to be the manager told me "you said in the delivery instructions leave on porch that means at that point it's fair game" EVEN THOUGH it was never put on my porch or even at my house. I have photo evidence of that as well. He said he would investigate and call doordash and I never received a call back after that. I gave them one last chance today and on one of my pizzas they didn't even add sauce?? I always check mark the extra sauce option too HOW DO YOU FORGET TO SAUCE A PIZZA. You can't even use the normal pizza hut customer support because they will tell you this store prefers to deal with complaints on their own. Absolutely ridiculous.

  There's just not much good about Pizza Hut anymore. Quality is poor, service is not good - they don't address you when you arrive (customer service 101), they're not friendly or even kind. I remember liking the pan pizza, but it's just a memory now. ..and no thanks, I'm not going to your Facebook page to provide you with more details so you can give me a free pizza that I just explained wasn't good. This is already the second time this has happened, no thanks. You'd do better to work on the poor performance of your employees instead of chasing bad experiences.

  Terrible location, Terrible food, Terrible service. Ordered our food online and was not notified when it was delivered and when realized it was delivered 30 minutes later, found it left in the rain and our food was soaked and cold. Have tried to reach out on three separate occasions and told someone will be with me in 72 hours, and nothing. Pizza hut cannot go out of business faster.

  I had a really great experience at Pizza Hut on 3/30/26 around 6pm-8/9pmish, and I just want to give a huge thank you to the manager, Sean. He helped me out tremendously with my order and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of! I was having issues with a DoorDash delivery and he did everything he could to help provide a great experience. Sean is a great manager his customer service was top tier, and he handled my situation with professionalism, patience, and care. You can tell he works very well under pressure and genuinely cares about the customers’ experience. He exceeded my expectations in every way. Also, the food was amazing, pizza was 10/10, wings were 10/10! Hot and fresh. Overall, such a positive experience. Sean is a very kind and helpful individual, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again!
