- FCFelicity ColeJun 8, 20261.0I placed an order for delivery on Saturday night which was promised to be delivered within 30-40 minutes which was assigned to DoorDash for delivery. I had 3 drivers assigned. The first one stated that another driver picked up my order. The second driver disappeared on me. When I texted the third driver they indicated that they were picking up my order and were on their way. I tracked their location and it showed them driving to my location followed by a notification that my order was complete & handed to someone. My pizza was not delivered to me. I called the DoorDash driver, who then told me that someone else picked up my order and to call the store - after telling me that they had my food. I called the phone # on my confirmation email which routed me to the call center - they transferred me to the store multiple times as I waited on hold never getting through to anyone leaving me out $ & without the food I ordered. Edit to add an update: On 6/6, I sent a message to the facebook page as requested by the owner. It is now 6/23 & I have not received a refund or been contacted by the manager of the restaurant to resolve this issue. Why it takes this long to issue a refund is beyond me. Seriously, if you want Pizza Hut, order from a different location because the service at this one is terrible.
