  We've ordered here for years. On special days our ministry purchases 6 to 9 pizzas or more at once. But today we call , get put on hold for 30 minutes. We call again and complain and ask to speak to the manager, the person puts our reception on hold again another 20 minutes, we finally hung up and called the new dominos across the street, told them about the horrible experience. They took our order and provided coupons and discount without any delay. We won't return to pizza hut.

  I recently ordered a pie for my family and that obnoxious garlic butter or whatever it is completely overpowered everything. I absolutely hate it and even when I request for it not to be put on, they always do.

  Placed an order online, waited an hour while the online status said order was confirmed and baking. Called and after bouncing between call centers for half an hour and someone pointed out that my order had been canceled and I confirmed that my bank showed the pending withdrawal followed by a pending refund. After finally reaching someone to find out why my order was canceled I was told my local store was closed and promptly hung-up on. Also, the wait music is also someone talking and is like a mini advertisement. Listening to it repeat several dozen times is pretty grating, especially when you're a little angry that you haven't received your food _AND_ haven't received a text, call, e-mail, and _THEIR OWN SITE_ didn't update. Just avoid.

  Corporate needs to look into this location. I come here Friday night bringing my family here only to find the dining room completely closed up and locked up and they let people wait in the drive-through line for their order instead of picking up their orders they let cars park in the drive-through taking forever. I just went somewhere else. You guys lost my business tonight and I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. What a joke you guys have a bunch of kids here that work that don’t care.
