  Management had a need to needlessly escalated a false advertisement email. I add to a report to the state rather than honor the cheese sticks. Whoever was on duty this evening should be spoken to about customer service skills and I will be filing a complaint with the state they did not review my email. I was promised in order of free cheese sticks from the store and now I have to move to filing a complaint with the state of Ohio over Pizza Hut false advertising. I was denied access to the GM as well will call corporate

  I placed an order requesting NO CHEESE due to a health-related dietary restriction. Despite that very clear request, I received a pizza covered in cheese. This was not just a minor inconvenience for some people, dietary requests are serious and can create health risks when ignored. What made the experience worse was the response from management. When I called the store to address the issue, the manager immediately focused on the fact that I ordered through Uber Eats instead of first acknowledging that the order itself was made incorrectly. While I understand refunds may need to go through the delivery platform, I expected professionalism, accountability, and at minimum a sincere apology for the mistake. Customers should be able to trust that special food requests are taken seriously, especially when they involve health concerns. This situation was handled poorly from both a food preparation and customer service standpoint.

  Forgot items of my order. Calling the store sends you to a call center that puts you on hold forever

  Nobody else pizza is the hut however, Domino’s should be out pizzaing the hut as well as more this is the only store I never get my garlic sauces from I love your food tired of not having my whole order
