  This restaurant is awesome!!! Everyone is siesta so nice when you walk in. The food is always hot and great. I love this Pizza Hut!!!

  I called in a plain cheese pizza for pickup 25 minutes before I came and when I arrived I was told it would be 15 minutes. 10pm 6/25/26

  I don't care what anybody says, you guys are sleeping on pizza hut. We order from this location serval times a week and Everytime it's this ooey gooey piping hot cheesy perfectly cooked pizza each time! It looks just like the one from the goofy movie, you know which one I mean! I have had a great experience with them each time, the delivery is super fast, the drivers are very nice, and the food is always super fresh and delicious. You absolutely cannot out pizza this hut!

  I'd like to eat at the Pizza Hut by the end of December. I play computer and tablet games when I got my favorite table spot bar on the right side.

  SEE BELOW FOR EDITED ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Bad enough to not get the order you paid for online because they didn't have an item available. Worse to not be called to update and accept an alternate. And even moreso, to find out after standing in the place for 24 minutes that you don't have an order and could wait. I'll go out of my way to Westerville from now on. This will be the last time I try Gahanna/New Albany. Supposedly I'll be refunded the amount charged, but I'll have to monitor that. Too bad. The food is always great but the lack of customer service is a deal breaker. EDITED: I received a call from Hut mgmt and was given an offer to make things right. I ordered today. My original rating would have been a 1 due to service but I gave a 2 since the food has always been great when I got it. Conversely I am making it a 4 as they prepped everything promptly and applied my credit immediately. I am appreciative. I won't give a 5 though the service and food were excellent this time, as I still could not order Pan Pizza, unable since before April 2026 to do so. How Hut can be out of its signature product for so long is beyond me, but I am happy they worked to restore a terrible experience into a professional one. Thank you.
