  Called and canceled my order claiming they didn't have dough and refused to push a refund told me it would take two days

  Placed an order online and received a call that they were canceling my oder due to not have dough for the order. As a pizza place I think dough is a requirement to operate. When I called them back to make sure it had indeed been canceled the guy I was transfered to answered with a very rude and annoyed tone I also asked how long till the app said the order was canceled and he said he didn't know and didn't know how the app actually worked. I will not be going through pizza hut again. If your a pizza place and don't have dough to make pizzas then get irritated with your customers because of your failure that is not right or professional the employees need to be trained properly.

  I was a walk in and my order was taken by Sierra who was very nice and took my order which was done in about 12 minutes so Iam always impressed by their service.

  They get the order right about 50% of the time. I just ordered a pizza, wings, and a 2-liter, and the driver showed up without the 2-liter, said the store never gave it to him. He was nice enough to go back, and they argued with him, saying they gave it to him when they didn't. Please fire every manager at this store, TIA

  This restaurant is awesome!!! Everyone is siesta so nice when you walk in. The food is always hot and great. I love this Pizza Hut!!!
