  Just got 2 large pizzas and they were horrible quality. The bottom crust was soggy and broke in half when I picked up a slice, all the toppings kept sliding off of the pieces. I don't know if I've had one with that bad quality before. Waste of money

  DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE last night me and my family ordered food from this location and literally the whole family is sick to the point we are playing bathroom tag no one has thrown up or had the chills thank God or ER we be going this was the only thing we ate yesterday and it had to have something wrong with it because my whole family is dog sick so we will never order anything from here again and I hope no one else does if thing get worse we will be going to ER

  Yeah, this whole situation was ridiculous. I called my order in, I did NOT order online. Both pizzas came with the wrong crust. When I called that night, I kept being told I got what I ordered and then the manager hung up on me. So I took the ENTIRE order back to the store exactly how it was delivered. Instead of just fixing the problem, the manager yelled at me, was rude as hell and still refused to refund my $42.97. We ended up having to get food somewhere else and my family didn't eat until almost 11:30 that night. I called back today thinking I could finally get this handled and got another rude manager. Now she's trying to tell me it was "customer service's fault" because they took my order. How is that MY problem? I called Papa Johns, ordered from Papa Johns and paid Papa Johns. Whoever y'all have taking your phone orders is still representing YOUR company. Then she calls the GM and tells me the GM said to refund me, but now she says she can't refund me from her drawer and tries to offer me a credit. Why would I want a credit to come back here after all of this?? Then I'm told to call back AGAIN when the GM gets there. All of this over two pizzas that were made wrong and that I RETURNED. Two days, multiple phone calls, two rude managers, a trip back to the store with all the food, and I STILL don't have my money back. The wrong crust isn't even what has me this upset anymore. It's the way this location handles customers and the complete lack of accountability. This could've been fixed with one phone call.

  8/29/2026 Papa John's, I have to give you credit for this experience. It couldn't have been much better. My order was correct. All sauces were included. Food arrived piping hot. Everything was delicious. My order was even delivered 10 minutes before the estimated time. The only change I would've made is, I asked for the pizza to be well baked. It wasn't. But, it was still great. Fantastic job this time! 👍 🍕
