- MSMostapha Sari1 day ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I politely asked if I could use the restroom, and the employee replied, “It’s for employees only,” in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was smiling and speaking respectfully, but she showed no courtesy or customer service. Even if it’s company policy to restrict restroom access, there’s a respectful way to communicate it. This interaction made me feel unwelcome, and I hope the staff receive better customer service training

The pizza had barely sauce on it and I order a cheesy bread and I opened the box it was not what I ordered. It was burnt and I asked to have my money back or remake it.

- CNChris NelsonApr 26, 20261.0Food is good when you get it correctly. A lot of times I do, but one time I ordered 4 pizzas different styles and items on pizza. They messed up 3 of the pizzas so I called them and only asked for 2 pizzas to aa a credit for next time. However I could not go back and get them at that time due to time contraints and the lady assisting me who was tbe cashier told me they would be on my account. When I called to order them they said they were already remade and given out that same day that they could do nothing for me because in their system they have been redeemed already 1 hr later than the original order. My suggestion is make sure your order is correct before leaving every time. I go here fairly often since they have opened and after this occassion am planning on going less because of the service and their guarantee not being met.
