  I have ordered delivery from here on the papa John’s app and every time it’s a treasure hunt to find where they put my pizza all because they don’t want to drop it off at my actual apartment door even though I click “please hand it to me” If you live in an apartment building, do not order delivery from here. Their drivers are lazy and will never actually do their job.

  They tag ‘Ready’ on the order far earlier than it’s ready. Operators are rude. When I went in the store and asked for my order, one of the operators said it’s not ready yet. After a wait of about fifteen more minutes, when I remind him, he gets very angry, says he didn’t care if the app said it’s ready or not. Also, he said ‘Do you pay me for this service?’. Whenever a customer enters the store a white lady generically says, ‘I will be right with you’, and then she keeps on working and never approaches that customer even if the customer has already waited for half an hour. I strongly suggest they stop the unethical practice of tagging an order READY before it’s really ready.

  Pizza wasn't fully cooked cheese was caked up in the center of the pizza making it instantly sawggy. I kno not to go ther since they can't make the pizza the correct way
