  Before I share my experience I would like to mention how bad I feel for the lady who made my pizza. She was the only person working and was surrounded by doordash drivers who kept harassing her. However, I ordered a pizza (The Works) with no mushroom and extra green pepper. What I received was no green peppers at all and extra Jalapeños. That sucks. I literally went out of my way to go to this location because the 2 closest to me, both on Morse Road are absolutely terrible. I just threw the pizza away. I used to love Papa John's as a kid. What happened to the brand? Did you stop caring? Since Covid, everything has gone down hill and I'm over it. Customer Service is dead, pride in what you do is dead, and prices are going up but quality is going down. I hate it here. I just wanna go home where everything is normal, but home is gone and it's never coming back. Did CERN screw something up and rip the fabric of space and time, blasting us into the Twilight Zone? Do only a select few of us remember the world when it was better than this? Why won't my dad answer my calls or texts? We used to be best friends. I don't think I wanna be here anymore. Like really, who would request that many Jalapeños on a pizza? Why do you hate me? After working all day during this heatwave, I just wanted no mushrooms and extra green peppers. Now I have an empty stomach and a lighter wallet. So thank you for this life lesson. I'll remember it forever.

  Horrible location. We always have issues. They ALWAYS arrive late and mark the pizza as delivered ahead of time. So it's impossible to track and the pizza comes much later than expected. Called to ask where the food was this time, and without even asking for order info, we're told "it's on the way". How do you know it's on the way if you didn't even ask for order info? One time our pizza came cold, and literally half of it was a dough bubble. Tried contacting the local store AND corporate for a refund without luck. From now on, we're just getting pizza elsewhere. This is ridiculous.

  Waiting still after 25 minutes foe them to start the order. Was sippose to be ready by 7:15 pm. Literally 9 people with doordash bags waiting when I arrived.

  The “general manager” here is UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will never eat at this location again. There’s clearly a reason why the ratings are so low. I had an incident where a manager was supposed to replace my order and put it under my number and when I called in a lady answered. She said she was the general manager and she wasn’t sure why he said he would replace my order. She then proceeded to say she would replace some but not all and then hung up on me. When I showed up she said she wasn’t replacing anything. I asked for her information and she said it didn’t matter and she didn’t have to disclose any information however she gave me the managers name who promised me my order. What a complete joke! Please take your business elsewhere. Staff is extremely unprofessional.
