  I enjoyed my Pizza experience and Holly was very helpful and helping me put my order together She was Extremely nice and helpful and she is the reason why I would return to this location. She gave me such an awesome Pizza.She made it for me and it was like one of the best pizzas I've had from Papa John's in a long time, so I wanted to give her some kudos, and at the same time, let you know that I really appreciate her professionalism and the presentation of the pizzas and her willingness to help she even offered extra plates.If I needed it that made my day , thank you so much for such an excellent pizza experience I'll be regular here because of the service and pizza I got form here!!!

  Was the worst experience all time , ordered app waited a hour then was ready , drove and yet it wasnt even in oven yet . Second time this happened , customer service did though make it right . I suggest choosing another location , no waiting area no good parking , never on time

  So I initially had a rough experience. But my own confusion made it worse 😅 where I thought I was getting a free pizza for another time due to an error on delivery- they were actually giving me a free pizza AND redelivering the same night. They make a PERFECT example of customer service (even though they don't get paid nearly enough to deal with with a dingus like me). Shaun (Shawn?) Who worked with me tonight was so patient and provided the upmost customer service. Whatever GM or DM may be reading this- I hope you actually acknowledge your great employees.

  Worst papa John's pizza ive ever tasted in my life. Crust beyond stale/hard, dough undercooked, flavor non existent. Never ordering from this location EVER AGAIN. This place needs to be shutdown. Do not order from here. Read the reviews theyre not lying. Their Pizza isnt oval shaped thin crust. And they never have pepperoni. Whole staff needs to be fired sadly
