- CSCharles SmithJul 22, 20261.0I have experience an very very very bad customer service today on 07/22/2026. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be customized. Beef pepperoni pizza cut in square. Instead I got an late pizza that the box was open and cold. Then deliverey driver took the pizza back and said she bring an cheese pizza for the mix up. As I was waiting for an pizza that was late . I then received an call from the store from employee louie! Getting Smart saying it's not his fought that I ordered the wrong pizza and jes wasn't replacing my order. And started to get very upset and disrespectful. How you going to get mad at an customer that ask. polite to switch it out. I will never order here again for the simple fact it's the customers that keeps them working and the store open. I ask for an refund and he was disrespectful about that also.
