App doesn’t correlate with the baking process. It said my pizza was ready when if fact it wasn’t even made at all. I paid extra $4 for garlic epic stuffed crust but got nothing. I also asked to omit bacon but they got rid of chicken instead.

Pizza missing pepperoni. Tried to call store manager, someone answered and put call on endless hold - after 12+ minutes I hung up. Staff & Manager at Easton Morse Rd seem too lazy to not make it right.

I’m eating as I’m writing this review. This was the best papa John’s I’ve ever had. It is not lasting though hence the half ate photo. It was perfect sauce and cheese ratio and the staff was welcoming and even said thank you to me for ordering with them. I will be returning!

One of the guys that works at this location is the nicest and funniest dude I've ever met. You have to go in and talk to him. I promise you won't be disappointed.
