  My wife went to this store all the workers were smoking outside my wife pays for the pizza and a single lady put on the tip without asking

  Pizzas I had delivered were absolutely awful and ice cold. Called in and talked to a manager. She was completely polite and respectful. Offered to refund or replace. I opted for the refund instead of waiting an hour again for replacement. Leaving a 5 star because of the stellar response to my complaint.

  Absolutely horrible customer service experience. The red headed lady working was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment I asked about my order. She told me not to wait because my order was “at the bottom of the list” and even said I was “the last order on the screen” in a very nasty tone. When I tried to ask a question, she became aggressive, told me to “just leave,” and even told me to never come back. I understand places get busy, but there is never an excuse to speak to customers like that. Completely unprofessional behavior and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Based on other reviews, this clearly is not the first time people have had issues with this employee. Something seriously needs to be done because behavior like this makes the place unbearable to want to order food from. not good for business.

  I did not want to give them any stars. The manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! My co-worker used my app for her food delivered across the street to our job. When the food arrived, the chicken container was only half way closed and the wing orders come in 6 and she only received 5 in the order. She ate one wing so 5-1=4 and took a bite of the hot sandwich which then she said was cold. She called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She was speaking with the manager for about 30 mins due to him saying he couldn't fine the order with the order number or name. So I go up to the store and asked to speak with manager and he grabbed the food on the counter and I repeated myself again asking to speak to the manager. He then said I am the manager. I then told him he could have said that the first time I asked for the manager. Explained everything above to him and he said well I am not going to refund food that's already ate. I told him I wasn't leaving g until he does because he had the food....... long storey is this location is horrible customer service and will never return. It's more to the story but it's too much to type! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡
