- HMHeidi Morrow5 days ago5.0I had an outstanding experience with this Papa John's location. The manager Megan "bent over backwards" to help me and try to meet the needs of the group I was buying pizza for. After I ordered a gluten-free crust online, Megan called me to let me know they were out of GF crusts that day. She apologized - and actually offered to try and get a GF crust from another location. When she was unable to find one, she called to let me know - and also to recommend the "square cut" on one our pizzas - rather than the "triangle cut" that I ordered. The pizzas were ready at the pickup time I requested. Megan made them slightly ahead to ensure they were ready, and then put then back in the oven a bit right before pickup ensure they were hot and fresh for our group. I was so impressed by Megan's generous service and kindness. Our group really enjoyed the delicious pizza - and felt the price was quite reasonable with the special Papa John's deal offered that day. Thank you so very much, Megan!!

I opted for the refund instead of waiting an hour again for replacement. Leaving a 5 star because of the stellar response to my complaint.
