  I did not want to give them any stars. The manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! My co-worker used my app for her food delivered across the street to our job. When the food arrived, the chicken container was only half way closed and the wing orders come in 6 and she only received 5 in the order. She ate one wing so 5-1=4 and took a bite of the hot sandwich which then she said was cold. She called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She was speaking with the manager for about 30 mins due to him saying he couldn't fine the order with the order number or name. So I go up to the store and asked to speak with manager and he grabbed the food on the counter and I repeated myself again asking to speak to the manager. He then said I am the manager. I then told him he could have said that the first time I asked for the manager. Explained everything above to him and he said well I am not going to refund food that's already ate. I told him I wasn't leaving g until he does because he had the food....... long storey is this location is horrible customer service and will never return. It's more to the story but it's too much to type! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡

  I ordered the new sub from this store yesterday. I thought I was getting as pictured on the left but I got what is on the right. When I called I got the rudest, nasty, condescending little manager. I told him there is like no meat just crumbles looking like bacon. He told me it was under the meat. He said it was made to Papa John’s specifications. I told him I was not paying for this it was a joke. Told him I would call corporate and he said fine call corporate and hung up. I filed a complaint with corporate! Waiting to hear back from them.

  Terrible wait time. Food was marked ready and I had to wait 40 minutes to get it. At least there’s a bench to sit on because you’ll want it. Staff your location properly

  Refuses to make certain foods because it is late and the employees are lazy. Why stay open late just to refuse orders?
