  Went in there to pick a sub I ordered, stood in there for 10 minutes if not more without even a hello or hi said to me. All the employees were just playing and laughing while I stood there. Then one guy picked up my order and asked his colleagues who that's for, I said mine, I took it from him and headed out. Got to work opened it and it was the most disgusting food I have ever ordered in my life. So burnt out and greasy. How can they expect people to eat this rubbish. The most disgusting sub ever seen .

  I ordered a pepperoni pizza. After driving 15 minutes home in Friday rush hour, I couldn't wait to eat my dinner. Opened up the box and it was a spinach pizza. I don't like spinach. Tried calling the store nobody answered the phone. Tried calling the next morning, still nobody answered the phone. Basically I paid for my dinner that I didn't get to eat, I threw the other one away. The name on the pizza I received was Samantha Hope. Someone owes me a pizza or my money. All employees were very rude.

  I had an outstanding experience with this Papa John's location. The manager Megan "bent over backwards" to help me and try to meet the needs of the group I was buying pizza for. After I ordered a gluten-free crust online, Megan called me to let me know they were out of GF crusts that day. She apologized - and actually offered to try and get a GF crust from another location. When she was unable to find one, she called to let me know - and also to recommend the "square cut" on one our pizzas - rather than the "triangle cut" that I ordered. The pizzas were ready at the pickup time I requested. Megan made them slightly ahead to ensure they were ready, and then put then back in the oven a bit right before pickup ensure they were hot and fresh for our group. I was so impressed by Megan's generous service and kindness. Our group really enjoyed the delicious pizza - and felt the price was quite reasonable with the special Papa John's deal offered that day. Thank you so very much, Megan!!

  Worst pizza I ever had it was lopsided on one side had a crust the other side didn’t . Couldn’t eat the crust. It was so hard. Cost Me $30 Or more Was very disgusting never want another one from there again
