  Yesterday at 8:35am l ordered 2 bagels with honey walnut cream cheese, and regular cream cheese, with an iced coffee. I made my iced coffee and had to wait for the bagels in the back from the to go area. Normally when you make an order online this is where the pick up orders are, instead of giving me the cinnamon bagel and everything bagel at the cash register where l normally would l had too wait, clearly there were the same bagels behind the glass, fresh n ready. I picked up my to go order, it had the wrong name on it, the name on the receipt was Breana B. I am not this person, also l gave up my membership in March because this location is the closest to where l am and the customer service has been under par for a a couple of months. There was a younger, very heavy set black male, who talked very loudly at his co worker because the wrong cream cheese was in the bag, he was yelling lm going to fight you, you always make me wanna fight, then another young black lady started yelling even higher and saying there was only 3 things on the receipt, and that she completed the order, they went back and forth, so loud to the point where people sitting against the glass started watching in my direction. They were disrespecting each other over their lack of getting the order wrong on purpose. I took the receipt off the bag because it was not my name, there was an older African American woman there, wearing a hat, she may have been a manager, but she did not say anything to the young employees that were causing a huge scene over the purposely missed honey walnut cream cheese. This locations customer service is out of hand, yelling, screaming, being unruly like children is not ok, there are offices connected to this building, their behavior was terrible. After l removed the wrong receipt, l was going to ask for a refund but l wasn’t just ordering for myself and l didn’t have time to go to another location to get better service. Needless to say, l won’t be coming back due to these 2 individuals handling to go orders. I will contact paneras corporate office about these 2 and the employees that stood by and didn’t say anything about the disrespect. Nobody should want to fight anyone, but this location is becoming more and more unprofessional.

  Great place to eat. The food here is always fresh, hot, and delicious 😋. We had our catering chef's retirement party here.

  I visited this location on a Saturday. I can't speak on behalf of the food here, but everyone knows this is not where you go for a gourmet meal. The man working the counter was so helpful making drink recommendations and had a cheery disposition. I will say the lady putting the orders on the pick up counter could try to be a little more jolly, BUT if she's the person responsible for making me one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, then keep doing your thing. I haven't been to a Panera in years and this visit absolutely exceeded my expectations.

  My wife and I were at the children's hospital and decided to take a walk and grab some coffee. This panera was the closest option. We're glad we came in. The dining room was super clean and inviting. The music was relaxing and positive. Jon was working the register and intercepted us as we approached the self service kiosks. We're glad he did. We didn't know what we wanted and Jon was super helpful and professional. Besides Jon, what really stood out was the capachino. The temperature was perfect and it greatly exceeded our expectations. We typically visit specialty coffee shops. The cap was right up there with some of the best in town (maybe it was just a combination of the weather and Jon...). My wife even used a spoon to make sure none of the generously portioned foam was left behind. Lastly some young country boys walked in, which created some extra intreague. Where did they come from in the middle of the city? Did they walk from a hotel? Is there some kind of conference in town? They looked more field than construction. Could it just be for looks? Are they larping city youth? We were also charmed by a warm voice calling out an order for "Fanta." What a beautiful name. We appreciate they little things (maybe too much), and this location on a Saturday morning delivered. Great work Jon!
