  Had the absolute worst service today at Panera. The coffee was cold, and they were out of both light roast and hazelnut. They did eventually make a fresh pot, but it took 15 minutes, and even then it was cold, we had to microwave it. What really upset me was the lack of customer service. There was no line, yet three employees saw us standing there and not one acknowledged us. I finally had to practically yell to get someone’s attention. The cashier, would not respond when asked simple questions on three separate occasions. I’ve never experienced a place where employees just stare at customers with no greeting, no communication, and no management presence at all. Very poorly run. Sadly, I will not return to this Panera.

  I had a reward and got the lemon bundt cake. It was yummy and they have a nice outdoors area where you can sit!

  I ordered online and paid $8+ for 4 chocolate pistachio cookies and they gave me 4 chocolate chip cookies. I would not have ordered that if I knew I was getting chocolate chip. They even checked off on the bag that the order was checked.

  Spent close to $40 on 2 sandwiches in the drive through and received 2 of the messiest..most inedible.. basically salads in a paper wrap with bread on the side. Do not recommend

  Ordered online and waited 15 minutes longer beyond when my order was supposed to be ready. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Overheard someone ask for sweetener and creamer, who was told where to find it, but they said there was none. Floor was sticky. So far, my food is good. Maybe it was just an off day for them.
