I ordered green beans and sweet potato with my steak. I think the server misheard how I wanted my steak cooked; I ordered medium-well but it came out WELL done. (My kid's rare steak was rare.) The green beans were not at all cooked and had concgealed butter on them. Thankfully, the chef put some thought into my ordering of a sweet potato with sour cream (forgot I'd decided on sweet potato when she asked about toppings) and did not put the sour cream on it.

A typical chain with atypical service. Our server was "T" and she took brilliant care of our table of 20. By herself. She was amazing. Didn't get anything wrong, remembered everything. I ordered a medium rare steak with no seasoning and it was perfect. The only misstep was the Caesar salad, which was swimming in dressing. I forgot to order it on the side, so my fault.

I paid $47.99 for filet mignon and a Lobster Tail. I planned on eating in the car and going to the movies. I get my to go order and drive down the street to the movies. I open the bag and my Lobster tail is missing! I call the restaurant and the woman that answered told me the Lobster tail was wrapped in foil. WRONG, that was my sweet potato. The woman asked me if I wanted her to make one for me and I said YES OF COURSE, I paid $50! I get back to the restaurant and get my Lobster tail. The woman tries to give me two gift cards and I refused to accept them! I am over it. Keep the gift cards. This establishment is not consistent. On top the that the Lobster tail was the size of a chicken finger and was over cooked. I have had several issues and they keep messing up and sending coupons and offered two gift cards yesterday. I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THE CARDS. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This outback steakhouse is much better than the East main Street, Columbus location. We drive 20 minutes out of our way to go to this one because the food and service is so much better!

Came from Canada for business meetings. I had scoped this place out as somewhere I had to eat because there are no Outbacks where I'm from and, of course, I wanted to try the Blooming Onion . Tried ordering it but was sadly told they ran out of onions earlier, I was devastated 😢. Awww oh well I guess I'll just skip that and go with a steak. A few minutes later, my server Nate, came to my table with my steak dinner AND A BLOOMING ONION!!! He said they had just gotten some onions in and they had given me the onion on the house! I was so excited to get a Blooming Onion! The steak was cooked perfectly, the onion was delicious and I totally ate way too much but it was totally worth it. I also witnessed Nate, the server, helping out the other tables and he provided amazing service to all his tables. I used to work in the restaurant/hospitality industry and this guy was fantastic. So yeah, first time at Outbacks...10/10 would highly recommend.
