  My husband ordered the ribs with Mac & Cheese.Ribs were tasty but small.Mac & Cheese was under cooked but salvageable after we reheated it when we got home.Server was friendly and nice.

  Our server, Jessica, was AWESOME. She took great care of my family as we ate. The ribs my wife ordered were excellent and our 1 y/o daughter heartily approved of them. My 6 oz sirloin on the other hand, was a bust. Under cooked, tough, and extremely peppery.

  Horrible pickup experience. So incredibly understaffed. I’ve done pickup here 3 times and it’s been a nightmare every time. If you order food online and it says 30 mins, it should be done around that time. It’s been 30+ minutes late every time I’ve been here and I will not be returning.

  Food was absolutely terrible. The potatoes were overcooked. The asparagus was slimy and undercooked. Steaks were ordered medium rare and were extremely tough. Steaks were ordered well done and were still red. We were a party of 12 with one waitress who tried to keep up but had no help. This was at 230p on a Thursday. First time I've been to Outback in over six years and I will not be returning nor recommending.

  I went there today with my daughter and grand child, took 15 minutes to get someone to out table. I gad to ask for bread. The drinks took about half and hour. Ordered food, which took awhile. Ordered a steak medium well, cut it open and it was rsw. Talk to my waitress and showed her the steak. She just took the steak and left. Took the food to go because they were just too slow. I get home and looked at my steak. Why did they put it on the grill, so I called and asked for manager and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. So Amanda gets on the phone mad at me because I told her I was holding for a long time. She told me she's busy. So I tell her about my steak and she tells me I should of asked for a manager and I would of had a new steak. The nervesbof this manager. It's my fault. I am a regular customer. I go every Monday and that's how I'm treated. She gave me the owners name and hung up on me.
