  Last night my husband and I went to Mitchell’s to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and it was very disappointing to say the least. Our reservation was at 7:30, we arrived on time and were immediately seated. Our waiter didn’t come to our table for about 5-7 mins to take our drink order. Our waiter was nice enough but he was serving several tables. It was no secret that they were short staffed. The restaurant was not crowded but the wait time between each course took longer than the previous. The meatball appetizer was the best thing we had. We waited at least 30 mins between appetizer to soups and salad. From there we waited at least 45 minutes for our mains. My husband ordered the bone-in ribeye, medium rare and I ordered the 14 ounce ribeye medium. Both steaks were undercooked. The bone in ribeye was nearly raw. The waiter asked us to cut it at the table and he even noticed how undercooked the steak was. He stated he was gonna take it back and ”throw it back on the grill”. At this point, it is nearly 9:30 PM. After waiting as long as we did, we were not willing to wait any longer for them to try to fix the $80 steak. The 14 ounce ribeye we kept and decided to just split but it was undercooked too and flavorless. We also ordered mushrooms, rub. potatoes, creamed spinach, and brussel sprouts. The creamed spinach was terrible. The potatoes were not seasoned or buttery at all, and the mushrooms were slimy. We had the manager pack the 14 ounce and a few sides minus the inedible cream spinach. There was no attempt by the manager to explain the long weight or the disappointing condition of their food. Last year on our anniversary, we went to Butcher and Rose and had the exact opposite experience of what we had today. We understand that Mitchell Steakhouse is one of the older ones under their umbrella, but what we experienced yesterday was unacceptable for what we believe is the Cameron Mitchell standard.

  I was promptly greeted and seated, as it was just me. The drink was satisfactory, and the steak was decent. However, I had hoped for more flavor considering the price, but it was not particularly impressive. The service was also adequate. It was also busy and noisy.

  Madison was our server, she was very fun and friendly, very good service. I’ve never had such good steak in my life, I got the 7 oz filet mignon, it was cooked perfectly. We started with calamari and it had the perfect amount of heat, and it was soft, cooked well and very good quality. The bathrooms were very clean, even had tampons and mouthwash! Great environment and you get what you pay for!

  This was my Wife and I's second time eating at Mitchell’s Steakhouse and it was fantastic. My wife ordered the Filet Mignon and I ordered the Prime Ribeye. For the price, I felt the entrées could have been presented more elegantly, but the food itself tasted amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned really well. The cocktails were also delicious and looked incredible. The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts — very relaxed, quiet, and comfortable. It made for a perfect date night. Overall, a great experience with excellent food, drinks, and a really nice atmosphere. We’d definitely come back!

  Emma was an incredible waitress. We came for my dad’s birthday and she was so personable, giving her wine recommendations, and even learned our youngest members name Gabe (1.5yr). Her display of banana fosters was impressive! Gabe loved her!
