Great experience. I've been to a few other Mitchells and this one did not disappoint. Lots of parking (found a spot right up front) and seated quickly. My wife and I went for restaurant week and ordered the special and it was delicious. Ordered a bottle of wine to go along with it and the server was very helpful. She came back plenty of times to check on us and was very responsive to any requests. The best part however was the creme brulee! It was amazing, and a surprisingly large portion as well. We went around 6:30pm on a Friday and wasn't too crowded. Will definitely go back to try more of the menu.

As an “out of towner” I love Mitchell’s. The drive is always worth it. Tonight I had the pleasure of having Michael as our waiter. He was very kind and patient and provided very good service. I’ll definitely be back 😊. *** the picture is just evidence of how good everything is😉

Delicious and upscale vibe! Lemon drop martini, brussel sprouts eaten as an appetizer, and the surf n turf entree - all a superb experience! Loved the jazz music over the speakers, incredibly thoughtful staff (shout out to Nolan for being informative & kind!!) Truly made my mother’s birthday very special with a sign, flowers and an icecream sundae!

We were with friends we had not seen for quite a while and were looking for a nice steakhouse experience to catch up. We certainly did not get it. 6:30 reservations and were seated immediately because there were very many open tables...now we know why. Our bill came to a little over $600 for 4 of us but we were underwhelmed. Our drink order was taken, 2 cocktails and 1 bottle of moderate Napa wine. After nearly 30 minutes and a inquiry 1 cocktail and the wine came out. And before those came out the waitress came back asking for our entree order. We said we would at least like to get our cocktails first. She said there was a big group about ready to order and she wanted to get our order in first. We told her we were not in a hurry and would like to get the remaining missing cocktail.
Finally it came, and when it did she again asked for the Entree order. We did give her a salad order. She brought the salad and pressed again for the entree order. We did give it to her. She came to collect the Salad plates before we were finished with them and we told her everyone was not finished and I was hoping to finish my salad but she collected a couple of the plates and returned with the steaks immediately. I had her take my salad even though i had not finished. The fillet was definitely "petite". I had ordered mine black and blue or pittsburgh rare (rare with a charred outside) and it was neither. It was served medium rare to medium. The hollendaise sauce was cold, as were the sides.
When we asked for a replacement the manager came over and explained they serve it room temperature. I showed him I could pick up my sauce server and turn it upside down, as the do a blizzard at dairy queen, and nothing moved as it was gelled. He was not moved either. However he did offer to replace it. My steak was over half eaten so I did not have mine replaced but another in our party did. We did tell him that we came in for a quiet dinner and certainly were feeling rushed. He said that it was not their intention, but the waitress nor the manager seemed apologetic. Shortly, the manager returned and did offer desert on the house. We were not having desert so when we refused he said ok, but made no other offers.
One of the members of our party said that we would like a second cocktail though, an espresso martini. So he did comp that. Still the bill was over $500 with no appitizer, small steaks a couple of sides that the waitress said would feed 3 people each (but certainly not if any one of the 3 were hungry) and one drink each for 2 people and 1 bottle of wine for the other two. When the 20% tip was added (and believe me we normally tip more than that but had a laugh about doing 20%). So the waitress still recieved $100.
I normally do not complain. I normally am the customer that quietly will not return. In this case I felt the need for both. I would rate this restaraunt, not as a steakhouse, but in the linevof another Landry chain, Red Lobster but with higher prices. Certainly it does not live up to its legacy as a Cameron's restaraunt.
Thank you for your time to read this. I cannot in good conscious recommend this restaraunt.
