  Literally the worst McDonalds. Placed an online order, pulled up, saw people inside and two cars in the drive through. Pulled up to the drive through and sat for 10 minutes. Was never greeted and was never asked to wait. I kept saying hello but to no answer. I would’ve pulled away but I had already paid since it was an online order. Decided to pull to the window because the four cars that had pulled up behind me were getting testy and unable to leave. Bro at the first window had his back to me and refused to acknowledge me. Finally got to the second window and the lady asked what order I had. Told her my code, the guy from the first window gave me my food but never said a word to me. I had to ask for a straw and bro just stared at me so I had to ask again. Bro was either fried or has been so fried for so long that he’s just perma fried. Dude never said a word and is not changing anyone’s perceptions anytime soon. My large fry was half full. I’ve lived in the area for a few years and I’ve never had a good experience at this place but this was truly unacceptable. Will not be wasting my time here ever again. Go to the one on Henderson it’s literally night and day in terms of employees. Since the one on Henderson closes at midnight I would rather drive 10 minutes to another McDonalds than go to this place. Also, this place will consistently close app ordering even when they’re open AND slow. McDonald’s are owned individually so take your business elsewhere. McDonald’s ought to revoke their franchise license.

  The drive thru window staff need some needed training. They can barely figure out your order at the window, for your payment.

  When we were waited to order at the drive thru. The lady spoke very rudely telling that they are closed even though it is open. We were very dissapointed
