Furthermore, the attitude of some of the staff members is extremely poor; they frequently ignore customers. As for the drive-thru, it presents a problem I have never encountered anywhere other than at this specific location: there are excessive delays at every stage—when placing the order, when paying, and when picking up the food. Frankly, I will not be returning here, as this place is frustrating in every conceivable way.
