    Formal Customer Complaint Regarding Rude and Unprofessional Drive-Through Service I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from the staff, particularly the individual who appeared to be the manager. When I arrived at the drive-through, I ordered a mocha frappe. The employee taking my order advised me that mocha was unavailable and that only caramel was available. Based on that information, I agreed to order a caramel frappe instead. After the order was placed, I was informed at the window that the restaurant did not have the strawberry milkshake that was also part of the order. The employee whom I believed to be the manager then stated that mocha was available and offered a large mocha frappe as a replacement for the strawberry shake. I explained that I had originally wanted a mocha frappe but had ordered caramel only because the employee at the speaker told me mocha was unavailable. Since mocha was apparently available after all, I politely asked whether my caramel frappe could be changed to mocha. Instead of calmly addressing the confusion, the manager became rude and confrontational. She began discussing me with other employees while I was still sitting at the drive-through window and waiting for my order. When I again asked about receiving the mocha frappe, she stated that she was not going to “mess with” or “deal with” me, refused to make the mocha frappe, and told me that the caramel frappe was all I was going to receive. She also told me to leave and go away. Her attitude and comments were unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I explained that the confusion was not caused by me. I had simply relied on the information provided by the employee who took my order. Rather than correcting the mistake or explaining the situation respectfully, the manager escalated the matter and treated me as though I had caused the problem. I understand that products may occasionally be unavailable and that mistakes can happen. My complaint is primarily about the manager’s behavior, including speaking negatively about me to other employees within my hearing, refusing to address a reasonable request, and telling me to leave in a rude and dismissive manner. Customers should not be insulted, discussed among employees, or treated as a nuisance for asking that an order be corrected based on conflicting information provided by the restaurant’s own staff. I am requesting that corporate management investigate this incident, speak with the employees who were working at the time, review any available drive-through audio or surveillance footage, and provide an appropriate response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

    Wait time was acceptable, woman almost dropped our receipt, a sandwich was slightly burnt and they messed up our meal. One of the worst mcDonalds ive ever been, but that being said it wasnt an abysmal experience, just a lot that went wrong.

    Absolutely horrible experience the ladies running the window handed out the wrong food, then proceeded to take the bag back and just take the fries AND THEN PUT THE FRIES BACK IN SOMEBODY ELSE’S BAG. Then gave me back the bag. When all I ordered was. mcdouble, & 2 Dirty Dr peppers. I then asked how much a medium dirty Dr Pepper was didn’t get an answer just had change, handed out to me I think from the manager in a purple shirt. Whoever the manger is at night shift needs to be fired. That line was horrible and so was the service 😂 Usually expect at this broad st location tho.

    A Mexican kid around 5,5 was working today may 24 around 11:26 I had put in a pickup and sent my brother in there to get the food and drinks just to wait on one smoothie and a specialty drink which come back not even filled all the way and it was the completely wrong drink the man was just making stuff without even looking at the order.
