At 12:25, an employee asked what I was waiting for. At 12:40, another asked the same thing. At 12:56, someone brought out a large mocha frappe.

I ordered food at kiosk inside and literally stood a counter for 15 minutes before somebody even acknowledged to my existence and when I complained about the fact that my foods had not yet been given to me they said it was because it had not been paid for. It hadn't been paid for because nobody even bothered to ask why I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.
