  I really like this McDonald’s since it is closer to me than the other ones, it’s more convenient. Most of the time they’ve gotten my order correct and I’ve been happy without complaints. I especially love the Oreo McFlurry from McDonald’s so I order it quite often, but there’s several times where I’ve gotten practically no Oreo, even when I pay for extra. It’s disappointing, but the ice cream is still good so I’m not always too upset about it. I’ve also received a completely wrong item, I’d ordered a milkshake and got a caramel frappe I believe, I did get a refund but was very disappointed. Still, the staff are friendly and I still like that McDonald’s. I just wish they’d make orders a little better and double check before finalizing the order and handing it out so customers don’t get the wrong items.

  Drive through service was extremely slow. I waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get my food.

To help me because she was not in the other line, arriving at the first window, the lady told me: Do not go screaming at me, I told her that who was in charge and of course, who else was to do is the one who was before my store manager, I asked her what was happening, because they took 4 cars on one side and the other side did not move, she told me that if I wanted to enter and take the orders, my answer was that when I work there, I never allowed that to happen, because the person who takes orders must. Focus on only the orders and not taking orders in front line, I thank the company very much for all the support it gave me while I work, but it is clear that they need more professional staff and not someone who only waits for a check without doing anything for the company, it is disgusting to want to go through a cafe and wait 7 to 9 minutes hollowicki needs to hire staff who should care about the work, well, after that the GM asked me where I worked, although with respect I told him that no longer.   Im a regular at this Mcdonalds. The staff here is always kind and polite. Awesome workers and the managers are amazing too! Jessica is awesome.
