And I call up there to see if my food is ready and if I can js pick it up and no staff members think it’s a good idea to answer the store phone…I see why y’all’s reviews are so low…I will never order McDonald’s ever agian every experience is shit..

Get to the window and we had to add it on. Get told to pull up to wait, which is fine. Dude comes out with 1 and 1/2 frappes with a cocky smile as if he did it on purpose. With a car full of kids and already having to wait we just pulled off. Don't waste your time or money here they literally don't care.

Staff could care less about the inconvenience, common issue that happens over night you would thing MCD would take the time to address this issue, to maintain customer satisfaction. Especially with these customers paying premium price. My issue is them preventing me from doing my job because they don’t feel like doing theirs.

After getting 3 people to help, the person in line behind me gave me the correct change just to get the line moving. After waiting 10 minutes for my food, I had to ask for my drink because they forgot it. Another person got her food before me, and still hadn't gotten her drink. When I opened my sandwich, it was missing the bacon, so I had to go back to the counter to get it corrected.
