This McDonald's used to be held at such a high standard. Now it's kind of a toss in the air when you go there. Today I went in the drive thru and a homeless person asked me for change...i said no and I ordered my birthday item off of the app, it took a while for the code to work, yet once it did I began to order. The person taking the order was hard to hear, I don't know if it was the speaker but I could barely hear them. I had asked for the $6 meal with the mcdouble. I asked for no pickles and no salt on my burger and a medium fry with no salt. I was not told about an upcharge and seen that the meal was now 8.99 with a medium fry & med drink. I didn't want the upcharge and said that. This order taker proceeded to use the birthday item for a medium fry and changed the meal back to the regular $6 meal. I had said "I didn't want fries for my birthday thing" and it went silent. I seen the mistake though and pulled around. I proceeded to tell them I wanted an apple pie, as I seen that was an option, not the medium fry. With that mistake alone I forgot to tell them about the homeless guy at the drive thru. My issue is that no one ever asked what my item was, seemed impatient and irritable and then once I came home and ate there was a pickle on my burger. I really just wanted to use my birthday item but next year I'll skip it as usual.

The staff and food was decent, but the only reason the rating is low because I was disrespected by a staff member who I think was the manager, he is a black guy with a buzz cut that is dark green and he had glasses. He treated me like I was a homeless person, even though you should treat homeless people with compassion regardless, but he treated me like I didn't even pay or eat my food there, I was staying a bit until my appointment but the guy was very quick to toss me out like I didn't pay for my food and wasn't loitering. The other staff are great except the manager guy, not everyone is loitering.

They allow homeless people to pester paying customers going thru the drive through and dining in. Not only was I asked repeatedly for money and cigarettes, after I said NO I didn't have any cash I was continually asked if I was interested in any random services (drugs or sexual) I was followed inside then asked if I could buy someone a sandwich since I didn't have cash to give them.... I walked out without even getting anything to eat

How can an ENTIRE work force, your whole entire staff not know what honey is? You know, the stuff bees make? You've had it in your stores for at least 50 years since I've been alive. How is it possible that not one of these people know what honey is and won't give me any? I treat service worker right, unlike a lot of people but how do you run a business like this? My gosh...make it make sense. HONEY. Comes from bees? In a hive? Never heard, no? Well, teach them, please. I thought it was global, a known substance around the world but I guess not. Also, honey mustard isn't honey but it may or may not contain some. Who knows anymore but dang...

Does this restaurant actually have managers? It seems like it’s always chaos in the kitchen.
Today I spent 10 minutes waiting at the register for someone to take my order (the kiosks are all out-of-order). Eventually an employee with long braids showed up to put in an order for herself and walked away without saying a word. When I walked out without ordering there was at least ten people in line behind me.
I went down the street to Yes Sushi and got great service and delicious food.
