- EGErika GrigsbyApr 20, 20262.0This is normally a great location, workers are pleasant and food is good. Today was a different experience, the bald male manager was extremely rude and abrasive. We ordered at a kiosk and didn't get a receipt with our order number, after we placed the order. We waited for a little bit then decided to talk to the cashier, we were told that the order was not in the system. We had to replace the order, right after we replaced the order, our original order was on the counter... Right away we explained, we were told our order didn't go through, so we needed to reorder. We were double charged and only asking for a refund for the second order. Like I said, the manager was abrasive and very frustrated, insinuating that we were making the situation up? This is not a reflection on the other staff, they are wonderful! The manager is very unpleasant.
