  I don’t know how one location can be so mismanaged, but 2 out of every 3 trips here I’m given a partial order, then have to pull up and wait for the rest of it while the food I’m given dies in the bag. I get that restaurants are a hectic, busy job…but it’s not a hard job. So I can’t wrap my head around why this crew struggles so much other than the simple explanation…management is awful and the people who manage the managers must be even worse if they don’t recognize their people are that bad. Whoever the franchisee is for this location needs to overhaul their business Edit: went here again this morning knowing what I was going to deal with, no sure enough, handed my food and told to pull ahead to wait for my drink. So sitting here, 5min now, while my sandwich dies in the bag because this staff can’t figure out how to time orders correctly. They aren’t even busy…

  Literally the nastiest McDonalds I have been to in my life. Restaurant smells horrible. McDonald’s should strip the franchise away.

  Reviewing this location is split because the morning shift is a lot different than the night shift. Will review both separately. I almost always use the app to order, and when ordering in the morning, the order is almost always correct, complete, and fresh. If I order bagels, it’s almost guaranteed that I’m going to need to pull up and wait for my food, as opposed to getting it at the window. It shouldn’t be this hard to get food that is scheduled for that time of day, especially when using the app. The night shift, however, has the opposite problem. I rarely have to pull up, but the order is almost never correct. Anything I add on the app, specifically, extra cheese, is basically ignored, which is super frustrating because that is something for which you actually have to pay extra. It got so bad that I contacted corporate, but their circular solution was to have the restaurant call me; they didn’t. I went back to corporate, and they said to give it more time. Still nothing. Other customizations, I guess are more minor, but it’s still super annoying that they ignore them. Yeah, I know I can pull off the pickles, but then half the sauce gets pulled off too.

  They constantly forget to put items in your order. I’m usually missing 1-2 items. Even though I paid for them. Other than that pretty average.
