  My husband & I recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Mastro's and had an exceptional experience. Every staff member was warm and attentive, but Ajay Varma truly went above and beyond to make the evening feel special and personalized. Our waiter Brandon was fantastic as well-- his recommendations were spot on, and we loved every cocktail and food item we tried. Outstanding service and an unforgettable night!

  Mastro’s Easton just raised the bar for Columbus with their new Luxury Social Hour, 《Monday through Friday from 4PM to 6PM》 This is not your average happy hour. The atmosphere feels straight out of a major city steakhouse with upscale cocktails, fresh oysters, steak bites, shrimp, and flawless presentation across the board. 🥂 The service was polished, the energy was vibrant, and every detail felt intentional. From various vino selections and handcrafted libations to the small luxury touches on each of the elevated [11] menu item, you'll experience Mastro’s exciting new take on 'Happy Hour' that truly stands above the rest in Columbus. Simply put: the best and baddest social hour in the city right now. 🍸🥩✨

  We celebrated our wedding reception in the Private Dining Room, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Desvari was wonderfully organized, quick to respond, and made the entire process feel effortless - she truly catered to every request and detail. On the day of the reception, we were absolutely blown away. The room looked stunning, far beyond anything we had envisioned, and created the perfect intimate setting for our closest family and friends. The food and drinks were unforgettable - our guests are still talking about them, with many saying it was the best meal or cocktail they’ve ever had. The service - simply outstanding! Every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and warmth, creating such a joyful, loving atmosphere. We are so grateful to Brad, Chastity, JB and Nate for going above and beyond to make our day incredibly special! We were amazed to learn that ours was their very first wedding reception, because the execution was flawless. Mastro’s delivered, without question, the best dining experience and service we’ve ever had in Columbus.

  I had another incredible experience at Mastro’s Steakhouse last night easily the best steak I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and truly lived up to the hype. The strawberry lemon drops delicious. What made the night even better was our server Kayla who was absolutely amazing. Attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish for our anniversary. And to top it all off, the butter cake was just as good, the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. Between the outstanding food and top-tier service from the front of the house to the back, this was a dining experience I won’t forget. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great steakhouse in Columbus. We will be back to reserve a private event room for a wedding rehearsal dinner.

  Mastros, is my favorite chain; unfortunately, this one does not live up to the reputation and quality of the others. What I thought would be an excellent ending to a beautiful day of celebration, ended in disappointment and personal embarrassment for suggesting Mastros. My blue steak came rare and covered in oil. The lamb chops oily. The new York strip oily and flavorless. My all time favorite lobster mashed came to the table lifeless, oily, abd like slop on my plate. The oysters, appetizers, and cocktails were superb, the service up to the disappointing meal was stellar. I left hungry abd am now about to go in search of food after dropping nearly $1200. Mastros Columbus is off my list. Sadly after 20 years of patronage, I will think tw8ce before going to another. Truly disappointed.
