  We came to Mango's for drinks, hookah, and food, and Jaedon was honestly amazing. He was the only person working while the lounge was busy, and I genuinely felt bad for him. He was taking orders, making drinks, serving food, preparing hookahs, and helping every customer all by himself. That's way too much to expect from one person. Even with everything on his plate, Jaedon stayed friendly, patient, and did the best he could. Any wait times were clearly because he was running the entire place by himself, not because of his effort. Management really needs to do better and schedule enough staff instead of leaving one employee to handle everything. Unfortunately, after Jaedon left, the Lebanese worker who was changing the hookah coals was rude and had a completely different attitude. It was disappointing after the excellent service Jaedon had provided. Huge shoutout to Jaedon for his hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude. He made the experience enjoyable despite the circumstances, and he deserves the recognition. Management needs to support employees like him instead of leaving him to run an entire busy lounge alone.

  We went to mangos for some wings and hookah. They only had one employee working without any help! He did the best he could in the situation. He had to take care of the bar, hookah, and food orders by himself! We had to wait almost an hour for hookah. Management needs to do better.
