  Not the best experience at this location on Broad St. I go to Jimmy John's quite often but this particular day they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. It shouldn't be an indictment on this location as a whole but that did ruin my experience there.

  I always have amazing things to say about Jimmy Jones. The food is delicious, the delivery is fast and always great customer service. I also order from the Easton location when I’m at work and they are very exceptional too.

  This seems like a busier store but the employees where all in a good mood and friendly. #4 with turkey and cheese. soooo goood

  Spoke with Tara on the phone.. bad experience ordered my food and when i told Manager Tara that I was not notified that my food arrived until an hour later after finally walking downstairs she got upset and told me that I need to talk to Steven. she did not compensate me for my inconvenience and refused to give me a correct order. sandwich not cut in half and no ez mayo... this place is a disgrace
