- SASam AceSep 24, 20261.0I go in at 1:20PM for a lunch break, want something simple. I know they toast subs now. I ask for a Turkey Tom, and I was informed the classic subs cant be toasted. I asked if they could PLEASE toast it anyway; I was told NO. They offered that I could order a sub that can be toasted and adjust the toppings so I'd get what's on the Turkey Tom toasted. I said, "You know what, no thanks," and left. Stubbornness and stupidity don't need my money. I think it will do just fine on its own when you have Panera Bread next door, Jersey Mike's and Penn Station, and Subway down the street. It has the ingredients for continued success just like Kmart, JCPenney, and Blockbuster.
