- SSSarahSep 4, 20262.0When I want subs, I always prefer to eat Jimmy John's. However, today we took my grandma who is very picky. She wanted only ham and cheese on toasted bread. I have never seen an establishment that can't manage to figure out how to ring up a custom sandwich. The male associate was rude and continued to insist we had to order a specific sandwich. He then got frustrated while we were trying to figure out what sandwhich we needed to order for her, what we needed to take off and to add on the cheddar cheese. Another associate stepped in and he walked right out the door. He appeared to work in delivery and didnt know how to run the register, but it shouldn't be hard to ring up a sandwhich with the toppings she wanted when all sandwiches are the same price, and it definitely didn't require him to be rude.
- MOMin OAug 10, 20261.0Seen Jimmy Johns on several locations through clipp (typically for businesses that are struggling) and decided to go. This location was closest. Thinking a lot of people dont know about the location because its in the corner of the strip. However, maybe they dont get a lot of business because the 2 employees working today (one seemed to be an owner or manager) had a horrible attitude! Terrible experience. I had to walk out. They also do NOT allow substituting any meat at all (which is why literally 20 yrs ago I decided not to be a returned customer.
- ADAndre DavisJun 25, 20265.0I recently stopped into the Jimmy John’s at the Easton location, three minutes before closing. The employee James served me and gave me a very good hospitality and treating me as if they weren’t closing in 3 minutes. Most places employees have problems with people coming in late and ordering. But James welcomed me and treated me with the upmost respect. Will be back to this location again.
