  I have ordered delivery 2 days in a row with failure of delivery when I am less than a mile away. Worst service I have ever encountered and now have not ate lunch 2 days in a row

  Having ordered here a few times now, I'm relatively sure they're training employees wrong on purpose. My sandwich customizations are never honored, they're insanely stingy about toppings, and they apparently can't tell the difference between cookie flavors (a big problem for allergies). Jimmy John's is solid everywhere I've been, including down the road, but this one is terrible.

  Stopped in for a quick lunch and had a great experience. My order was fresh, made quickly, and exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Meech for the awesome customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude that made the visit even better. Definitely one of the better Jimmy John’s experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back! -Tyler

  It was a Jimmy John’s that was located on campus and it was a Tuesday night. The place was clean didn’t smell bad. it was good. The night shift was doing his job and was polite and got me out of there quick and fast. Food presentation was basic but it was unwhich so it was nothing super fancy but it tasted delicious to me.
