  Of there was a zero they would have received it today. I ordered pick up because the last few times delivery is about an hour and a half. I waited 25 minutes before going to get my food and when I get in there I tell them I have a pick up order, they say it just printed out, so I wait. Twenty minutes later I try and see if I can switch to delivery just to find out that my food has been in the shelf the whole time. How do you have all those people working and no one on top of customer service. Not only that I asked that my sandwich be cut in half and it was not. If you have 2 hours to spare then Greenlawn Jimmy John's is your spot to eat. If you are on your lunch hour go somewhere else not worth it. I'm stuck an attitude and my food wasn't right. Never going there again I will burn gas for better customer service before so ho there again.

  This is the most cheerful Jimmy John’s in Columbus by far. Always smiles from the staff, and quality, FAST sandwiches.

  WOW! The best customer service I've had in a while!!!! Her name was LOLA!!! I hope that's how you spell her name. She was so nice, friendly, asked me how was I doing. Hearing her voice over the intercom, I already knew I was going to have a good experience. Thank you, Lola for making my day. -Alysa :)

  I thought jimmy johns was freaky fast???? Now it takes 45 minutes to get food delivered 5 minutes away. Foods soggy by the time I got to eat. they apparently can’t read either I order one lemonade and one strawberry and got 2 strawberry lemonades and they forgot my chips. I won’t be ordering again:)
