The staff was not at all helpful and that was disappointing for people who do not come to Jimmy John's all of the time. For the price of $37.05, it should have been a pleasant experience in my humble opinion. The music was too loud, which usually means they don't want you to stay inside. The menu board had the weirdest background lights that made it really hard to see. Having paper menus readily could be a good option for that issue. Please do better JJ's. 💔

This time the associate made sure to tell me they bagged the unwich separately from the sandwich since we listed "allergy" in the comments, and wrote which was which on each bag. She was super nice, food was great, and the place inside was very clean. Couldn't ask for more!
