  We tried to get ice cream wasn't familiar with flavors. The young ladies weren't concerned with helping us. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They wanted to giggle and weren't concerned with getting our order. You lost 3 customers based on the lack of customer service.

  This used to be our favorite spot ever since you guys opened. But these past months the service and quality SUCKS. We visited 07/31 bought walking tacos, 3 scoops of ice cream and 3 popsicles. The ground beef given to us in the walking tacos was cold and hard… I walked up to tell the girl and she said it’s supposed to be cold because of the pico. I said no this is COLD and hard we have never gotten it made this way and she offered to remake it. My husband got disgusted chewing into that so we requested a refund. She said the manager was not there so I said okay… so call her and she eventually just gave me $11 in cash. She was struggling to count 49 cents in change so I just told her whatever just give me the $11. The girl had such a hard time scooping the ice cream and gave us a tiny scoop, like I said we've been customers for a long time so after this I just told my husband we’re not coming back. Not worth it anymore

  I always used to get a bubblegum paleta here with my husband...Unfortunately we went today and the bubblegum palette has completely changed and is now more milky instead of water-based...Super disappointing, probably wont be back unless they change their recipe back and have more water-based Popsicles like they used to have. Also, be prepared to wait a long time when you come here. Usually have to wait at least 5-10 mins to place order and get the popsicle.
