Leaving for home tomorrow so we came back one last time at Polaris mall location and the person who was training was working on her own. I saw the order she made before us which was a small cone , basically no ice cream, I felt bad the kid had to pay for that . I almost left but we don’t have this ice cream back home. My daughter and I ordered the same thing we got the other day, needless to say it did not look the same. My daughter’s medium cup barely hit the top with ice cream and my large cone was one little scoop of ice cream. I mentioned to her that they did not look the same as when we were here the other day. She said she has been here a week and is still learning. She added a little more to both. I almost told her never-mind because I didn’t think the quantity was worth the price but the gelato is absolutely delicious. If this was my first time here I would think it was overpriced for the quantity you get and not worth it. I understand being new but they should be able to demonstrate before being on the their own the appropriate portions for orders being sold to customers or else they are just being ripped off.
