I got a cone and it was melting pretty bad before they handed it to me. In addition Kyle who was scooping for me, she seemed to have a bad day because she was rude, rushed me, and mixed up my order. Such a shame. Graeters is still my favorite but this location doesn’t cut it anymore.

I also had a Easton Gift Certificate, and between the two, I just knew they would pay for the milkshake I was craving. Not wanting to be the irritating customer, I asked an associate in advance if they were valid, to which I received an unusual answer. "You have to place an order for us to know.". This seemed odd, but I was craving a really, good milkshake. I placed the order, and they made the milkshake. When it came time to pay, I was promptly told I could not use my coupon or gift certificate. It was then that I canceled my order Looking more closely, my coupon was only for 1 scope of Ice cream, but had your associate taken time to look at the coupon before making the product, it would have helped. Moreover, had your associates been nicer would have bought it anyway.
