  Deep dish, Chicago pizza was as good as I remember it being last time I had it. Delicious. Served was attentive and restaurant was clean and comfortable.

  Decided to try this place as part of our pizza, Chicago Beef, Cincinnati steak hoagie tours, plus we needed to use the bathroom and Giordano's fit the bill. Clean parking lot, clean inside. Server was super friendly, with a constant smile, and very attentive. Pizza was very bland, crust tasted like a frozen premade dough with little crunch, very little sauce. The pepperoni and sausage toppings were very bland, same for cheese, though the cheese was nice and stretchy, just no flavor. Everyone has different taste, mine requires more flavor and a lille more grease. Best thing about the place was our server.

  Zack (at this location) has been working for Giordano’s for a long while and gives this location the best name! His service was through the roof excellent!

  This was, without exaggeration, the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We ordered the tavern-style, and it came out burnt and so dry it tasted like a cracker. It was so unappetizing that my kids couldn’t even finish a single piece. To make matters worse, we never received refills, which only made the experience more frustrating given how dry the food was. The pizza itself looked so bad that I honestly felt embarrassed for the server having to bring it to the table. Unfortunately, this experience completely turned me off from coming back. This will be my first and last visit to this location.
