I specifically ordered the french fries to be super hot, packaged in the traditional brown paper bag, and tossed with the special seasoning. I then asked for the french fries to be packaged separately in the plastic bag so the grease would not soak through to the other tasty entrées. Absolutely soaked the french fries with delicious malt vinegar – – pure paradise, indeed! So tasty, not the healthiest option, but certainly worth a treat every few months or so. The hamburgers were of course made to order, using only fresh, never frozen beef. This widespread practice, which McDonald’s has actually copied for their quarter pounders, is truly a game changer for the whole taste of the overall sandwich. Extremely generous, not Cincy, layering of super fresh ingredients by the staff. Refreshing and cheerful personality by all of the staff is most appreciated, especially in the restaurant environment, that dominates central Ohio nowadays. Have not even touched upon the super delicious hotdog. Absolutely delicious as well. And, the whole experience began, and ended with unlimited quantities of super fresh peanuts, a nice consumer, friendly gesture, but also a heart friendly antidote to the other restaurant offerings, which may not be the most cholesterol friendly introductions into an everyday diet. Will definitely return in a couple months to this specific location. Thank you for an awesome experience!

So they've definitely lost me as a customer forever Don't change things and you won't lose customers sounds like you guys are going to be learning the hard way when your sales start dropping.
