I really like the bagels here—the quality and flavor are consistently great, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’ve been having ongoing issues with order accuracy that are becoming hard to overlook.
On my most recent visit, I ordered an egg and cheese bagel, and the receipt reflected that correctly. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it had ham on it. As a vegetarian, that’s not just a small mistake—it makes the sandwich inedible for me. This isn’t the first time something has been wrong with my order either.
Additionally, the wait was longer than usual due to an issue with their oven, which I understand can happen, but combined with the incorrect order, it made for a frustrating experience.
I really want to keep supporting this place because the bagels themselves are excellent, but I hope they can improve their order accuracy and consistency moving forward.
