- RHRebekah HallMay 23, 20262.0My husband and I have come in at least 3 times a week since the other University Dunkin closed. Every visit I see violations of food safety standards and laws. The first time I came in the girls were all eating and drinking at the front counter as they were preparing people's food. Almost every visit something is wrong whether the coffee isn't hot or the food order is messed up. Today we came in and placed our order on the kiosk. When we went to sit down all the tables were dirty. I let them know and eventually a lady came out and wiped them down. We ordered a croissant with egg and cheese, 3 donuts, one hot coffee and one iced coffee. It took over 10 minutes to start getting food. The hash browns were burnt and cold and greasy they had been made previously, they had four or five packs of them pre made in the warmer that they just took more out of instead of making fresh. The croissant with egg and cheese was cold. We asked them to remake it. while she was remaking it her hair got on the food, so my husband asked to have it remade again. The one lady (maybe a supervisor?)said, give them their money back. We're not doing that all day. They did remake the sandwich, and when my husband brought it to the table, he opened it up, the egg was refrigerator cold. They toasted the croissant, put cold egg and cold cheese on it. And gave it to him. We're gonna start going to a different Dunkin.
