- TLTrucker Life1 day ago1.0When they opened this new coffee shop, I was really happy because it’s new and close to my residence. But every time I come to get coffee, they never put sugar in it. At first, I thought it was normal or just a one-time mistake, but it happens every single time. I don’t know if it’s a system problem or an issue with the people working there, but I think Dunkin’ needs to work on this and also check their customer service.

Sometimes the service is fast and accurate, sometimes it's slow and the cashier seems confused about what I've ordered. Visit at your own risk.

He was very apologetic and even more accommodating to make it right. Much appreciated! Thank you for going the extra mile!

I visited this location for the first time one morning and they were getting a truck delivery so we were told that they had no food prepared (including donuts). I was able to order hot chocolate. My next trip there the following week I pulled up and told it was told that there was no hot chocolate. It's crazy to me that you would pull up at a Dunkin' donuts and not be able to order donuts. I have still never gotten a complete order from this location. The customer service is always bland. While I still believe in the Duncan brand, I will not be returning as a customer to this location.
