Ordered a Peanut Putter Espresso for my wife (On the menu its Peanut Butter Shakin Espresso but its the only item with the words Peanut Butter and Espresso). They make the drink but without oat milk using regular milk. Ask for them to fix, get Oat Milk but no peanut butter shot. We go inside the store and ask them to fix it, get laughed at as if we are the ones in the wrong because my wife can't taste it. Drank it right in front of them and told them theres no peanut butter shot because there was no peanut butter shot as my wife (She didn't lie) said. So to amuse themselves they filled the drink with lots of peanut butter shots. Told them to just give me my money back and walked out. Never going back to Dunkin again.

I insisted that i get this at every dunkin' and then the worker found it in the computer and said "oh now it is working". The restaurant then became over whelmed with what i think were the family of the worker, every one was getting donuts and drinks but didn't appear to be paying. I was just trying to get some work done on my laptop but there were kids running every where, no one was speaking English. A wild experience, it felt like a different country. I then went up to order food to go and was told they dont serve meals so i had to buy everything individually. Such a wild experience from a main stream chain.

She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and fully satisfied. She represents the exact standard of customer service this store should aim for every day. Jayra is absolute top-tier, and she truly deserves a promotion and a permanent position at this Dunkin'!
- KLkit (lovinqhoshi)Aug 4, 20261.0i hate this location 😩 i dont place mobile orders anymore because half the time something is out of stock and you have to EMAIL customer service to get a refund 😭 it took 13 days for a $9 refund... and when i place my orders with customizations they get annoyed and/or do it incorrectly. once i sat for 14 minutes waiting on a mobile order i placed 8 minutes before arriving.. this location is way too comfortable with being slow and letting things run out. i cant ever count on them. new albany is a way better location just 10 minutes away.
