  Went in for a coffee and sandwich. No one took order. Had to call out the person. Coffee was cold. They wouldn't fix it. While sitting the other employee was mopping the floor around my feet. Absolutely not recommended. No customers at all at the time of visit. That should have been a sign.

  The morning crew has the best customer service!! They’re always so pleasant and friendly and they’re fast and efficient. I’ve been going here since it opened and the previous reviews were true, but the lattes have improved recently.

  Not only does this location have the most gorgeous and vibrant DunkinIstas ever. The workers there have a personal , warm , professional, compassionate, and human team of workers. Honestly they are angels. They also are very kind and professional with the unfortunate and downtrodden in the area treating persons without housing with dignity , respect, and quite honestly alot more tact and skill than most Healthcare workers in this region.. Franklinton is blessed with Dunkin.
