  Usually I would WANT to rate DUNKIN a 5 star BUT this location I had went to on September 22 ,2026 I went threw the drive thru with my husband we asked for a dozen donuts right when we was saying what kind of donuts we wanted the lady that was working drive thru said “and those will be assorted” NO we said MULTIPLE TIMES We are literally telling her what kind of donuts we wanted and all we are hearing is HUH Real aggressive and loud on the drive thru speaker when we are literally speaking up . So obviously someone’s not paying attention. We couldn’t even tell her what we wanted properly with out agreeing to her assorted comment for the 5th time. THATS NOT ALL THOUGH THE DOZEN I WAS GIVING HAD A KNAT IN IT!!!!!! Me and my husband was devastated all we wanted was nice service we are spending our hard earned money at for a craving not to realize what is to come now a days im not normalizing BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . Please get this handled I can’t imagine what the back looks like 0 star RATING .

  I just want to give the staff on W. Broad st a big shout out , these guys were packed on an early morning of 9/19 and were all working their butts off to get everyone’s out and kept apologizing for everyone having to wait . I think it’s extremely unfair that whoever is district manager here not hire or schedule more people on a busy day like this, but this staff you can tell work hard to get it done !! Just think sometimes people need to know they are appreciated!!!! Thank W.broad st !!! PS . To the sweet lady who got our order ready thank you for your extreme kindness

  I ordered uber eats from here and half my items were missing ! I called multiple times and they refused to answer . Horrible store . Never again .

  Shane and Kyrie were very pleasant to deal with as the order wasnt up to par they remade it and accommodated with respect and without question they're customer is a PLUS!!! Thank you guys for your kindness.
