I emailed corporate and they forwarded it to the manager of this store who asked me for my CREDIT CARD INFO OVER EMAIL. Words cannot express how stupid of a request that is and how insecure that data will be.

I decided to place my order via machine. A few minutes later I hear a grunt of "here." and there on the counter sat a giant latte. Great. Only I ordered 2 Boston Cream donuts. The now closer to me looks a little high employee, gave me the donuts in a dismissive attitude. Someone, please teach these youth how to act in public.

They often ignore customers, don't greet anyone, avoid basic communication, and take much longer than necessary. I understand that perfect customer service isn't always realistic, but if you choose to work with customers, treating them with respect is part of the job. Personal attitude should never affect the customer experience. I hope management addresses this issue because good service is just as important as good coffee.
