  extremly upset with my food, hair on my munchkins and a bite taken out of one. hashbrowns where soggy and seasoning was not good at all tasted like they have been left out for a while. do not recommend extremly upset

  This place is so inefficient. They have 2 windows, only use 1. By the time you wait 15 mins to get up to pay, they have you pull around the front to wait longer. Don't order a SINGLE donut, you'll get it as a mess in a bag.

  Yesterday I tried to go to this Dunkin for the first time as it is the closest to my house even though it's still 15 minutes away. I pulled in and there was no line. I ordered 1 medium hot coffee. That's it. I was told to pull to the second window. I pulled up and the cashier and I'm assuming a manager was counting out the register drawer at the window. I sat there 5 minutes while they continued to count the drawer before the manager came to the window to ask me what I ordered. I said I had the medium coffee thinking it would be sitting there ready to go after 5 minutes. Nope! She basically took my order all over again and then yelled it to someone and told them they could ring it on another register. Then she asked me to pull up the front. Never asked for payment. So I thought they'd grab my card when they bring the coffee, but they never brought the coffee after 5 more minutes of waiting. So I left. I came on Google to see the reviews and I'm not surprised. More 1 stars than 5's and I'll never be back and would never recommend this location. Why have me go to the second window if it's technically unavailable and you could help me at the first one? Also why aren't they counting their drawer in the office instead of in front of customers? Bizarre. Looks like I'll be stopping at the Gahanna locations when I'm up there.

  Avoid, I always order from this location and instead of substituting items they wont give you anything, if the item is unavailable or sold out they wont even let you know they will just let you leave knowing you’re missing items, then you confront them and they’re like its because we “didn’t have any” ??? Im a business owner myself and they definitely need new staff or new management 👎
