  As of 5/18/26 my experience here was absolutely horrible. I came to the same location the day prior to today and placed an order. This morning, I returned and the staff’s mannerism was absolutely terrible. As a truck driver, I attempted to place an order on the inside and was told that they were short staffed and closed for the moment. Also being told that I can place the order from the drive-through. The line was too long and I had to make a run, but when I return, I walked through the drive-through trying to place the order and was told that they would take my order at the window. I get back to the window and all of a sudden I’m being told that I can’t place an order by foot. The issue wasn’t that I couldn’t place the order by foot because that is understandable however, it was the terrible way I was told that I couldn’t place that order after being told I could. both the young lady on the register at the window and the GM we’re going back-and-forth about not being able to take my order in my face instead of just kindly telling me that she couldn’t take my order.. usually I’m a Starbucks girly, but I gave Dunkin’ Donuts a chance this day and for that customer service compared to what I’m used to I will not be returning to another Dunkin’ Donut. After asking the cashier at the window what was her GM‘s name? She turned her back to a customer ignoring me as if she was not allowed to give me her name. I did finally speak to the GM and she apologized, though her leadership behavior was still unacceptable. I don’t need to list any names because I’m sure whoever is over both those young ladies and they are aware of people on the early morning shift. I am a person of justifying my wrong and someone else’s wrong. The GM I still planned to do this review because had I not said anything that would’ve been me approving one’s unprofessional behavior

  Had 2 drinks, they messed up one. No one else in line and they pulled us around for 2 drinks. The coffee was burnt and tasteless. I only came to Dunkin because Grumpys was cash only. The staff was also arguing loudly, which could be heard on the drive thru speaker and out the drive thru window. Worst coffee spot to have opened on alum, Starbucks would have been better.

  They had a lot of workers and only taking care of drive thru. I stood at the counter for over 12 minutes with no one helping me. Didn’t even take my order or say hello. We left and went elsewhere. Never been to a Dunkin so rude and unorganized.

  Worst experience of any Dunkin I've been to. Coffee always tastes different even though it's ordered the same every time (often sour). Consistently screws up the order (bagel instead of croissant, normal sugar instead of liquid sugar, etc.) It is not hard to listen the order then follow the instructions on the printed sticker. There are a few good attitudes in there but most the employees don't seem to care to do anything correct.

  They consistently get my order incorrect. I always need to check my food to make sure its correct because 99 percent of the time it's not correct. Iced coffee is barely properly made either. It's always sour and tastes off. I was so excited when they announced they were opening a dunkin near me and its been the worst one Ive ever been to.
