Our donuts were given to us face down in the bag completely melted with finger markings on them and frosting all over the bag. Good thing I had baby wipes and napkins in the car because they didn't give us any. When my husband went back inside to get different donuts and she told him "it's just a soft icing day". He asked if he could at least have some that weren't face down and after acting annoyed gave him replacement donuts. Our food order was also wrong. I'm only giving it 2 stars because our coffee was fine. Do better Dunkin.

They gave us two mediums, charged us for medium too, no marshmallow cold foam. Had to ask for new ones because they just gave us too plain dunkalattes. Afterward we got the snaking bacon, which cost $4 and there were like 3 bites. The service is terrible, we had to keep reminding the person of what we ordered, she forgot our food, and the straws and then the drinks. This is not the first bad experience and I doubt it’s the last. I am getting fed up by the awful service and long wait. I don’t even know why I keep going!
